Why MyPART Focuses on Rare Cancer Research Infographic

The My Pediatric and Adult Rare Tumor network was created to engage patients in rare cancer research and connect them with researchers and clinicians. Rare cancers account for less than 40,000 new cases per year, and pediatric cancers are even more rare. This makes them hard to study, and hard to find treatments for.
