In this Director's Briefing video, CDC Director Dr. Tom Frieden talks about the latest Vital Signs report on Listeria (www.cdc.gov/vitalsigns/) -- a leading cause of death from food poisoning. Listeria is dangerous and can hide in soft cheeses, cantaloupe, sprouts -- foods that are not usually cooked to kill the germs. Listeria can also be deadly.
